The Indian Twitterverse was understandably reticent during the mauling we got. Below are some things that managed to make us smile during an otherwise forgettable (and by that I mean, a day we want to forget, but not day that will be forgotten too easily) day.
Meanwhile on Channel 9, the commentators are taking the piss out of each other over their “best city in Australia” SMS poll.- @i_r_squared reports just how vella the Channel9 commentators are.
When do get to go crying to Gary Kirsten so he can make it all better?- @krtgrphr knows who the Indian team’s agony uncle is.
On the bright side, India will not be asked to follow on.- @nayakgirin finds the silver lining.
Aussies are 325 for 3. India only made 191. But in the Southern hemisphere everything is backward, so we’re winning, okay?- @mojorojo is right. Or is he…?
Well, atleast we can say that we make excellent guests.- @lavsmohan adds an amendment to Aditi Devo Bhava.
